Thread Rules
Wait a minimum of three days between posts before you skip the person who is next if they have gone inactive. You can wait longer if you want, but that would be at the discretion between those involved in the thread.
There are two different forms of role playing threads that can take place on the site. There is a main thread and a filler thread. Both of them are expanded upon below.
Main Thread
These threads are your characters main story line arc, which you are only allowed to have one per character. You can write about anything as this is your character's story. At the end of your thread you will submit it for grading and a staff member will reward you properly for it. These main arc story lines requires that at least two people participate in it. These are essentially your cannon threads that actually have an impact on the islands.
Filler Thread
Essentially these threads are filler. Since sometimes it can be agonizing to wait for someone to post in your character's main story line you can do a filler thread. There is no limit to how many you can have at one time with a single character. These can be role played by yourself or with others. The only reward that you can gain from these threads is beli. Also, please put Filler in the thread title to make it easier for staff to distinguish between these and main threads. These are non cannon threads so the events that take place here technically do not happen and have no impact on the islands.
Island History
Every island on the site will have a sticky thread titled Island History. After finishing a thread and having it graded a summary of that thread will be posted under Island History. Whatever took place in your story line now becomes part of the island. So if an island has been pillaged this will be found in their history. The person who does a thread after that can find civilians to be hostile to them if they are criminals due to the recent events.
Invasion Rules
Members cannot simply invade a thread by another member. Before they can do that they must get permission from the people involved in that thread. Staff on the other hand can invade threads. This does not mean staff will be invading every thread. Staff can invade threads with the site NPCs. As to which threads, this will be discussed among staff. Just because a big powerful NPC that is controlled by a staff member invades your thread does not mean you have to fight them, running is always an option.
Navigation Rules
To travel from one island to another in the blues all that is needed is a row boat and a normal compass. However, these same rules do not apply for the Grand Line. In the Grand Line a standard ship is needed along with a navigator and a log or eternal pose to travel from one island to another. In order to survive in the New World a more advanced ship with a special log pose that has three needles is needed. There is a minimum post requirement to travel from one island to another in the Grand Line in order to make up for the days requirement for each island. The guidelines are based on the days found in the description.
Guidelines
The guidelines are just a minimum requirement, obviously one can post much more than that. There is only one way to bypass these guidelines and that is through an eternal pose that can be purchase from the market.
