It floats on top of a large bubble. It is notable for the study of weather conditions as well as tools that can create various conditions, such as the Wind Knot. All the residents on this island are scientist looking to learn more about the weather. It is relatively a small island.

Has two separate islands. One is made entirely of cloud and holds a small city on it. The second island comes from the blue sea and holds an enlarge jungle. Skypieans and Shandia leave together on both islands.
