Marines are employees of the World Government. They represent the fighting force that keeps the peace in the seas. The marines fight for justice and protect the civilian population against those who would do them harm. As an employee of the World Government you receive a salary every month after your character is approved. A marine can earn a salary bonus depending on what objective they have completed. If marines do not obey the laws or follow orders from their superiors the marine soldier could be dismissed from the marines or even punished by getting demoted.
In order to increase in rank a marine soldier must prove that he/she is competent and can be a leader. They must be able to fight against tough enemies. Complete the missions that the superiors have given them. Being strong enough to be higher rank than the marine currently holds.
Any special notes that come with the rank will be stated next to the rank. Aside from the salary, any special note for a rank can be applied to the ranks above it. Salaries will be handed out to a marine every month from the day he/she is approved.
