There are many unique ships in the world of one piece. Some are small row boats and others are huge island ships. There are even submarines to sail beneath the sea with. Every ship design is accessible to anyone as long as they have the beli to purchase it. How you gain the ship in a story line is completely up to you. Row and small sail boats are freely available to anyone.
Below are examples of standard ships compared to what has been seen in one piece, of course ship designs are not limited to only these examples.
Smaller vessel ships include sloops and caravel. Medium size ships are those in the category with a fluyt. Larger vessels are like the ship of the line. Small vessels can carry anywhere from 1-50 people. Medium size vessels have from 51-100. Large vessels have more than 101 people.
Ship prices vary depending on size and extra accessories that have been added to it such as the amount of cannons, a paddle, and what wood it is made of. Wood is the heavy component of a ship, as such it caries the greater weight of pricing. The prices listed below are just a general guideline, nothing is set in stone because accessories are not taken into account in the following price list.

Ship Type | Description | Picture |
Sail Boat | A relatively small vessel without any visible armaments. A single sail on a short mast moves the ship.
Sloop | A sailing boat with a single mast and a fore-and-aft rig. A sloop has only one head-sail
Caravel | A small, highly maneuverable sailing ship. The lateen sails gave her speed and the capacity for sailing to windward (beating)
Fluyt | The vessel was designed to facilitate transoceanic delivery with the maximum of space and crew efficiency. Unlike rivals, it was not built for conversion in wartime to a warship, so it was cheaper to build and carried twice the cargo, and could be handled by a smaller crew.
Ship of the Line | Was build as one of the largest and most powerful ships of their time. It has three huge masts with four sails. A broadside attack brings great destruction.
Submarine | Capable of independent operation underwater. It differs from a submersible, which has more limited underwater capability. |
